Necrosy are a band from Italy that plays a very brutal form of death metal with some atmospheric elements and this is a review of their self released 2015 album "Perdition".
A very dark and atmospheric sounding drone starts off the album and after a minute and a half melodic guitar solos and leads become a very huge part of the recording and after the into the music starts going for more of a fast and brutal death metal. sound along with some growling vocals and blast beats.
All of the musical instruments have a very powerful sound to them and you can also hear melodies in the riffs at times and the band also mixes the atmospheric and heavy parts together as well as utilizing a great mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts and the songs also bring in a great mixture of both old school and modern death metal influences and some of the tracks also bring in a small amount of avant garde style keyboards and some of the tracks also bring in a small amount of clean playing.
Necrosy plays a style of death metal that is very brutal yet original at the same time mixing in a great amount of atmospheric and avant garde elements to create a sound of their own, the production sounds very professional for being a self released recording while the lyrics cover Human Behavior, Suicidal Tendencies and Afterthought.
In my opinion Necrosy are a very great sounding atmospheric death metal band and if you are a fan of this musical genre, you should check out this album. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Sea of Illusions" "Buried Inside Mental Walls" "Impulsive Whispering's" and "Abstract vortex". 8 out of 10.
