Come Back From The Dead are a band from Spain that plays an old school form of death metal and this is a review of their 2017 ep "Caro Data Vermibus" which will be released in November by Transcending Obscurity Records.
Heavy riffs and death metal growls start off the ep along with a great amount of dark sounding melodies while the music is very heavily rooted in the early 90's Swedish tradition as well as the faster sections of the songs using a great amount of blast beats and the solos and leads stick to an old school style.
Throughout the recording you can hear a great mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts while all of the musical instruments have a very powerful sound to them and a lot of the songs sound like they could of easily been recorded more than 20 years ago and the music always remains heavy.
Come Back From The Dead plays a style of death metal that is very old school in the early 90's tradition, the production sounds very professional while the lyrics cover plagues, worms and death themes.
In my opinion Come Back From The Dead are a very great sounding old school death metal band and if you are a fan of this musical genre, you should check out this ep. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Vomits Of A Demonic Infestation" and "Endless Bloodshed". 8 out of 10.
