Blames God are a band from Chile that plays a very blasphemous form of death metal and this is a review of their 2017 ep "Christianity In Flames" which was released by Star Spawn Society.
A very dark and ritualistic sounding intro starts off the ep along with some evil and demonic screams before going into a very fast and brutal direction which also utilizes a great amount of blast beats while the vocals bring in a mixture of death metal growls and high pitched screams.
A great amount of dark sounding melodies can be hear in t he guitar riffing while the music also mixes in a good balance between both modern brutal and old school death metal influences along with the solos and leads also being very heavily influenced by the 90's style and all of the musical instruments have a very powerful sound to them and synths are also used briefly as the ep progresses.
Blames God plays a style of death metal that is very brutal, blasphemous, old school and traditional sounding, the production sounds very professional while the lyrics cover Anti Christianity themes.
In my opinion Blames God are a very great sounding blasphemous death metal band and if you are a fan of this musical genre, you should check out this ep. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Rejection To The Savior" and "Christianity In Flames". 8/5 out of 10.
